What does you warranty cover?
This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example).
The variations in color and texture are characteristics of tanned leather and suede. Please refer to our Leather care card for further information on caring for your item.
What is the warranty on your products?
All our bags have a 1 warranty and all our luggage’s, have a 10-year warranty.
How to I process a warranty claim on a product?
For any inquiries, please contact customer service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Make sure to include:
photo of your item
photos of the item clearly showing the problem
a copy of the proof of purchase (original receipt)
After evaluation, our customer service will be in-touch and will coordinate the situation.
My item was reviewed as not repairable, what do I do?
If your item was evaluated as not repairable by our service team and its still under warranty, don’t worry. We will replace it with an identical product if this product is still available. If it is not available anymore, we will replace it with a similar product.
I have a warranty issue, but you no longer have the product online.
If your item is still under warranty and your issue falls under our warranty policy, our team will work with you to replace the item with a similar item and in the same price point. If you wish to have a certain product, if the difference in price is higher then what was originally paid, we will charge you the difference.
